About Ágnes
Ágnes Kaszás is a Hungarian actor, director, producer, art and tech game designer, and entrepreneur based in Helsinki and Budapest. She has produced and directed interactive short films, immersive theatre productions, and shows about multiculturalism.
In 2014, she introduced the escape game concept to Finland and founded, designed, and directed her room escape company, Insideout Escape Game, which operated for 9 years in Helsinki.
Between 2015 and 2019, she created and produced numerous art and tech edutainment concepts for companies such as Veikkaus, Silja Line, OAJ-Finnish Ministry Of Education, and Haaga-Helia University Of Applied Sciences.
In 2017, with her company, she scripted and directed Escape Train, a 13-hour, 1000 km-long immersive theatre show set on a speeding train through Finland for VR Finnish National Railways. The show was produced by TBWA in collaboration with Nordisk Film, based on the 20th Century Fox movie "Murder On The Orient Express." This production won two Bronze awards in the Eurobest Creative festival, and Agnes was invited to the Up The Game conference as one of the main speakers.
Between 2019 and 2022 she founded IOP Games, a video game development start-up company delivering immersive digital games and entertainment experiences for young adults. The company was present on the majority of Silja Tallink’s vessels during the same period.
Since 2024, she has been researching artificial intelligence in the arts and developing her latest production, “Does the World Need Actors, Anyway?”.

The company was funded by Hiventures fund management company.
The experience products were present on the majority of Silja Tallink’s vessels - the leading high-quality passenger transport service in the northern Baltic Sea region and in hotels in Hungary, such as Kolping Hotel and Hotel Europa Fit in Hévíz.
Directing in Helsinki and Budapest
Directed ESCAPE TRAIN, 13-hour and 1000km long immersive theatre show set on a speeding train through Finland for VR, the Finnish National Railways, produced by TBWA, in collaboration with Nordisk Film based on the 20th Century Fox movie Murder On The Orient Express and all of this was live-streamed by DNA, the leading Finnish broadcasting company.
The show got rewarded by Eurobest in the category of Best Entertainment and Media.
